The wispy technique can be applied to Classic, Hybrid, or Volume base sets, allowing clients to get the fullness they want while adding that desirable textured finish. They are created by intentionally mixing different lash lengths (and sometimes curls), which mimics the way natural lashes grow. This technique produces beautiful 'spikes' and 'valleys' that clients love.
